SANAKO Pronounce is an easy solution for improving oral skills in a foreign language. It is simple, straightforward and immediately usable for pronunciation and speech practice.

SANAKO Pronounce allows you to easily transform text material into spoken audio with the help of advanced text-to-speech technology. High quality text-to-speech voices offered by Sanako produce almost authentic accent, making them superb pronunciation models for language learners.

SANAKO Pronounce allows you to use any written material, documents or online texts and turn them into audio exercises for listening and speaking practice. The imported text material is automatically divided into sentences. You can then listen to a model reading of the sentence by a text-to-speech voice and make your own recording. The system analyzes your speech and gives you a score and visual analysis of your pronunciation. Additionally, Pronounce displays a phonetic transcription of each sentence as a pronunciation aid.

SANAKO Pronounce V 2.0 is now released. Speech Recognition can be used when the user installs on a machine carrying one of the below Windows RT/ Windows 8 / Windows 8 Pro / Windows 8 Enterprise / Windows 7 Enterprise/ Windows 7 Ultimate / Windows Vista Enterprise / Windows Vista Ultimate, in terms of language it can also deal with English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese and Japanese. Pronounce development will be based on customer needs, currently no specific roadmap in place.

Pronounce with Editor:

This new extended version of Pronounce offersexercise authoring. It allows the teacher to create “listen and repeat” exercises from any text material, using the age/level and subject vocabulary. The Pronounce Editor can also work as an inspiring tool for students for combining text and audio into one exercise/lesson.

With the Editor it’s possible to create template files that can be utilized with both Pronounce and Pronounce with Editor.

The text can be imported from a Microsoft Word document, or you can copy and paste the text from anywhere. Basic text editing functions help you to modify the text in Pronounce. You can also listen to the selected text and preview the phonetic notation of expected pronunciation.
